We are seeking for a Technical Sales Supervisor (Feedmill/Premix/Vet/Trading company segment)

The Technical Sales Supervisor is responsible to work directly with customers in order to o er e ective solutions for their production practice, as well as utilize data collected through this work to analyze sales potential and increase new sales of NAN products

Responsibilities

  • Follow sales implementation plan, routinely calls on key customers and in uence leaders, utilize strong product knowledge and effective selling skills to maintain good business relationships and convert them into sales

  • Provide product information and eld technical services to producers/traders to o er relevant solutions of feed formulation (Feed mill/Premix/Vet companies) and e ective selling program (Trading Partners).

  • Use analytic and evaluation skills to identify customers insight and potential, grab opportunity introduce the most relevant solutions to meet their needs and wants

  • Support trial scheduling and monitoring at customers‘ farms when neccessary

  • Recap customer visit notes and to Sales Leadership, on a timely basis, all important issues in the marketplace

  • Maintain adherence to both internal and external deadlines for selling process & customer initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Animal Husbandary, Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, especially MBA, students of Francophone, Anglophone and overseas study programs are preffered

  • Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, uent English/France speaking preferred

  • Candidate should prove a good track record of growing and maintaining their current customer database
