We are seeking for a Key Account & Sales Director position based in South Vietnam

The Key Account & Sales Director position is responsible for overall sales activities within the company across all

product ranges and ensuring the company’s sales grow year on year.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, maintain and monitor a team of around 15-20 sales manager and sales representatives of dfiferent channels (feed mill, integrator, vet company, trading partners…) with diverse backgrounds to drive a superior sales result while meeting customer requirements.

  • Develop an effective sales pipeline, lead tracking process, performance review process and reporting system that provide the foundation for team e ffectiveness and adequate execution

  • Set and communicate clear objectives for the team and individual team members, allocate appropriate territories and accounts to each team members

  • Create, implement sales strategy and develop new team for new product range/new business or market

  • Manage key accounts directly and work closely with the strategies to take care of big accounts

  • Propose new business initiatives and be in charge of developing new projects

  • Conduct meeting with the board of management on a quarterly and annual basis to defined both financial and strategic goals, quarter/annual budgets and sales activities

  • Lead monthly business review with the sales managers to assess performance and training product knowledge/sell skill for team’s improvement

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years' experience in sales, marketing or sales strategy in animal health company or similar position in animal husbandry industry, at least 5 years' experience in team leadership role

  • University Degree in Animal Husbandary, Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology,

  • Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, especially students of Francophone, Anglophone and overseas study programs are preffered

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of excellent results at previous organizations

  • Strong team leadership and management skills

  • Good planning and organizational skills , analytical acumen

  • Fluent English/France speaking required
