We are seeking for a Key Account & Sales Director position based in South Vietnam
The Key Account & Sales Director position is responsible for overall sales activities within the company across all
product ranges and ensuring the company’s sales grow year on year.

Responsibilities
Recruit, maintain and monitor a team of around 15-20 sales manager and sales representatives of dfiferent channels (feed mill, integrator, vet company, trading partners…) with diverse backgrounds to drive a superior sales result while meeting customer requirements.
Develop an effective sales pipeline, lead tracking process, performance review process and reporting system that provide the foundation for team e ffectiveness and adequate execution
Set and communicate clear objectives for the team and individual team members, allocate appropriate territories and accounts to each team members
Create, implement sales strategy and develop new team for new product range/new business or market
Manage key accounts directly and work closely with the strategies to take care of big accounts
Propose new business initiatives and be in charge of developing new projects
Conduct meeting with the board of management on a quarterly and annual basis to defined both financial and strategic goals, quarter/annual budgets and sales activities
Lead monthly business review with the sales managers to assess performance and training product knowledge/sell skill for team’s improvement
Qualifications
10-15 years' experience in sales, marketing or sales strategy in animal health company or similar position in animal husbandry industry, at least 5 years' experience in team leadership role
University Degree in Animal Husbandary, Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology,
Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, especially students of Francophone, Anglophone and overseas study programs are preffered
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of excellent results at previous organizations
Strong team leadership and management skills
Good planning and organizational skills , analytical acumen
Fluent English/France speaking required
