We are seeking for a Technical Sales Manager position

March 6, 2018

The Technical Sales Manager is responsible to work with feed producer in order to offer tailor-made nutrition solutions in a consultative manner, as well as link between customer experience to company’s proposed values.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for growing company’s market share with the assigned accounts and building up high quality tailored-made solution to customers. Conduct monthly sales plan for each customers, customize and implement advanced selling tools, delivering key inputs for the bottom-up forecast and yearly sales budget

  • Deliver high level of technical support to communicate product values to the customer

  • Achieve given yearly sales budget and gross margin goals

  • Provide monthly report to Managing Director/Sales Director with updating about customers as well as tracking market and competitor information, industry trends...

 

Qualifications

  • Mandatory University Degree in Animal Husbandary, Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, especially students of Francophone, Anglophone and overseas study programs are preffered Strong interpersonal, communication skills, strong relationship with feed producers

  • Minium 5 years’ experience in senior sales at animal health company or similar position in animal husbandry industry

  • Experience with developing and achieving sales budgets.

  • Fluent English/France speaking required

  • Detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
